Payment

1. What methods of payment are accepted?
A: Credit and Debit Cards Only. The correct Card Holder Name, billing address, and Zip Code registered with the credit or debit card is required.

2. What credit cards are accepted?

A: We accept all major four credit cards (Visa, Master Discover, and Amex).

3. When will my credit card be charged?
A: We pre-authorize or place a “provisional hold” on your card when you checkout online at our website. We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of 10%-20% in addition to the item total. This additional amount will cover things like bottle deposits, final sales tax, substituted items, and any weighted items like meat and produce, whose value is not known until the order is selected. As soon as your order is picked and packed, we charge your card for exactly what was in the final order. For our online orders, the final charge typically varies from your estimated total due to variable weight items, in-store promotions, and substitutions or out-of-stock items.

 

Returns

Can I return a product to the store?

Return Policy

We Super C Mart will be glad to exchange or refund items with a receipt dated within 90 days of purchase.

Receipted refunds:

  •         Returns will be issued based on original method of payment.

Services- Lottery, Bill Pay/ Gift Cards/ Stamps/ Newspapers/ Magazines/ Tobacco Products/ Alcohol:

  •         Refunds/Exchanges are not permitted.
  •         All sales are final.

Fresh product (Produce/Meat/Bakery/Deli):

Bring back the item(s) and we will be glad to process a refund or an exchange with or without a receipt.

Refunds without a receipt*:

  •         Without a receipt, we will be glad to process a full refund totaling $4.99 or less.
  •         Refunds $5.00 or more without a receipt will be placed on a Super C Mart’s Gift Card.
  •         Refunds $10.00 or more without a receipt will require a valid government issued ID. The refund amount will be placed on a Super C Mart’s Gift Card.

*If you do not have a receipt: In many cases we can locate your purchase through our Super C Mart loyalty/rewards system (retailer name loyalty/rewards Card required with original purchase) and process your return as a receipted refund.

Super C Mart has the right to refuse or limit any refunds or exchanges.

 

Delivery

 

*Do you offer delivery? No, we currently do not offer delivery for online orders.
